Planned maintenance windows are required for regular maintenance of the technology infrastructure that supports data center clients. These maintenance windows are key to the data center providing consistent and predictable service and help avoid unplanned downtime. Examples of work to be performed include equipment hardware maintenance, repair and upgrades, cleaning and flushing of systems, software upgrades and patching, and changes to improve performance and manageability of systems. All maintenance and outages will be scheduled for minimal disruption to clients as well as the surrounding community, and this site will provide advance notice and updates going forward.
